Cementitious Waterproofing Paint

Description

The product is a kind of polymer acrylate waterproof coating, which belongs to the improved JS composite waterproof coating liquid material. Secondly, it is mainly used as a one-component waterproof coating, but also can be used as a two-component compound with ordinary silicate cement. It can also be diluted with 2 to 3 times of water to prepare polymer waterproof mortar. Finally, the product is inexpensive and good quality, which is loved by our customers.

Application

Cementitious waterproofing paint is mainly used for waterproofing, impermeability, leak repair, heat insulation and decoration of municipal and construction projects. Such as: roof, exterior wall, toilet and bathroom, basement, pool, cable trench, manhole, road and bridge deck, etc.

★ The base layer is required to be flat, firm, and free from sand, and the depressions should be leveled with mortar.

★ When making ingredients, first pour the liquid material into the bucket, slowly pour the powder material while stirring, and use it after stirring evenly.

★ When painting, pour the prepared material on the base layer and spread it evenly with a scraper or brush. Each coat should be between 0.5-1.0 mm, and the number of construction times should be determined according to requirements.

★ The water avoidance test should be done after 7 days. It is easy to bulge and fall off when soaked in water in a short time.

★ The storage temperature of this product is above 0℃, and the construction temperature is above 5℃.

Construction Method

Electric stir evenly of liquid and powder by different proportion:

typeⅠ: liquid: powder=1:1

typeⅡ: liquid: powder=1:1.5

Recommended usage: 2.2-2.5kg/m2·mm

Package: Liquid: 20kg/plastic pail, Powder: 20kg/bag. Packed in pallet. 

Shelf life:  When the temperature is from 5ºC to 40ºC, the valid time is one and half a year.

Packaging, Storage and Transportation

Storage in dry and cool place to avoid sun and rain. No freeze. Warehouse storage temp is better between five to forty Celsius.

Cautions

1. This product can be used in combination with cement as JS composite coating liquid. It can be prepared according to the ratio of JS waterproof latex: cement = 1: 0.5 to 1. If it feels thick during construction, it can be diluted with an appropriate amount of water. Mechanical stirring should be used as much as possible, and manual stirring must be sufficient, otherwise construction defects such as powder lumps and air bubbles will easily occur.

2. This product can be directly used to prepare polymer waterproof mortar after diluting it with 2 to 3 times of water and stirring it evenly. During construction, it must be fully stirred after mixing with solid materials such as cement to ensure uniform dispersion.

3. Rinse the tools and utensils with clean water as soon as possible between construction breaks and completion of construction.
