Application
Wall, ground, roof, underground waterproof and moisture-proof projects.
Ratio: liquid: powder = 1: 1 or liquid: powder = 1: 1.5
Recommended dosage: 2.5kg/m2·mm
Installation:
1. Make sure the roof deck is smooth, clean and dry (moisture<9%), then apply a bituminous paint on the roof deck surface until the paint is dry, then start the installation.
2. Two installation methods:
1) Heating and melting method - use the heating and melting method to heat the PE film on the surface of the membrane and the roof platform until it is close to melt (no flow), and then completely bond the membrane to the roof platform. The overlap is 5-10cm.
2) Cold bonding method-----Pour the cold glue evenly on the roof panel, and roll the film to install it so that it is completely bonded to the roof panel.
3. After installation, workers need to check carefully to ensure that there are no bubbles, no folding, and no falling off.
Packaging, Storage and Transportation
Packed by plastic bag or adhesive tape, Liquid: 20kg/bucket, Powder: 20kg/bag.
During transportation and storage, keep the package well, put them in a dry airy place, keep away from direct sunlight, acids, alkalis, oil and organic solvents, The shelf life is 12 months under normal storage and transportation conditions.
