Construction method
Basic treatment

The distance between the second line and the first line is the width of the membrane. Then the distance between each reference line and the previous reference line is positioned according to the reserved lap width.
Lay the membrane
Lay the membrane on the base layer. When laying the adjacent membrane, be careful to align with the lap edge to avoid deviation affecting the lap.
Mechanical fixation
The number and spacing of fixed parts should meet the design requirements; When the structural layer is concrete, holes should be drilled on the concrete structural layer and waterproof membrane should be fixed.
When the structure layer is the insulation layer; The fixed parts should be fixed on the crest of the pressed steel plate, and should be perpendicular to the roof plate, and tightly combined with the waterproof membrane; In the closing and opening parts, when the firmware can not be set on the crest, the edge strengthening steel plate should be added, and the fixed parts should be fixed on the strengthening steel plate.
Membrane lap
The large area is welded by hot air of the crawling machine, and the joint part is manually welded by hot air gun. The single seam welding is 60mm, and the double seam welding is 80mm.
Finished product protection
During the construction of the waterproof layer, it is strictly prohibited to wear shoes with iron nails or iron palms to enter the site to avoid damaging the waterproof layer. When waterproofing construction personnel and materials enter, they must abide by the principle of handling with care. It is strictly forbidden to hit the waterproof layer of the membrane with sharp objects.
After the construction of the waterproof layer is completed, no holes or drilling can be made on the waterproof layer to install machinery and equipment. If it is necessary to make holes or drill holes in the waterproof layer, records should be made first and repairs should be arranged. During the construction process, if the waterproof layer is found to be damaged, repairs should be organized as soon as possible.
During the entire construction period of the waterproof layer, the waterproof construction unit should send dedicated personnel to supervise the entire process. If any operation that damages the waterproof layer is found, it should be stopped in time. At the same time, the damaged waterproof layer should be repaired in a timely and effective manner.
