Description

Bitumen self adhesive sheet membrane is a kind of waterproof materials using polymer modified bitumen and synthetic rubber as the base material, adding active additives and polyethylene black film as the surface material. And the bottom surface uses silicone oil anti sticky isolation paper/film.

Installation

Wet Apply

Substrate preparation: The substrate should be strong, tight, smooth, clean and flat without flaws like bulge, looseness, sands, pitted face and rebar. The joints like internal & external corner and pipe root should be plastered to be arc by cement mortar. Then spray some water if the substrate is too dry.

Dry Apply

Substrate preparation: The substrate should be strong, smooth, clean without bulge, looseness, sand, pitted face and rebar. The substrate should be dry and the moisture content is less than 9%.

Waterproof and moisture proof works in various parts of the basement, subway, tunnel, pool, civil building and so on.

It is suitable for non-exposed works, and aluminum foil coils are used for exposed works.

Storage

Store in dry conditions between +5℃ to 35℃. Rolls must be stored in their original package, in vertical position and under cool and dry conditions. They must be protected from direct sunlight, rain, snow and ice.
