Cementitious Waterproof Coating

Cementitious Waterproof Coating is a two-component waterproof coating composed of high molecular polymer emulsion and inorganic powder such as cement base. It has the characteristics of "hardness and softness". It can form a high-strength and tough waterproof coating film, and color coatings can be formulated as needed.

Precautions

 Before using the product, accurately weigh the emulsion and powder, stir thoroughly and mix evenly. The material ratio is:
Type I emulsion: powder=1:1.5
 Ready for use, dilute with water according to actual site and weather conditions;
 The construction temperature should be 5-35℃;
 It must be protected from frost, rain and sun exposure within 4 hours after scraping or within 12 hours after scraping.

Construction focus

Base layer treatment: The base layer needs to be polished smooth, the surface should be moist, and there should be no defects such as pores, unevenness, and honeycomb pitting.

One-time application of paint: In order to prevent bubbles from being stored in the coating film, use a flat plate to apply a layer of coating film with a thickness of about 0.3-0.5mm on the base surface for the first time. Select the painting location, usually far first and then close. Do the hard work first and then the easy work. Work from the lowest elevation upwards. Avoid missing the paint when painting, as long as the white background is not visible.

Construction on 80g non-woven fabric: In order to increase the strength of the coating film, add non-woven fabric when constructing the second layer of coating. The non-woven fabric should be evenly spread on the first layer of waterproofing, and turned down about 15cm, and then brushed with a brush To flatten the pleats, push the non-woven fabric evenly on the painted paint, use a roller to exhaust and compact it, and squeeze out excess slurry. The overlap of the non-woven fabric should not be less than 10cm.

The third coating: After the coating on the non-woven fabric is dry, you can apply the third coating. The third coating direction is perpendicular to the second coating. This makes the layers even.
Acceptance: The painted waterproof layer should be firmly bonded to the base layer, the surface should be smooth and evenly painted, and there should be no defects such as flowing, folding, bubbling, or exposed carcass warping. The thickness of the coating film should be based on the composite design requirements, and the minimum thickness should not be less than 80% of the design thickness.
