The product's usage is straightforward and relatively easy. Here are the steps to apply JS Cement Polymer Waterproof Coating for your bathroom membrane
1. Surface Preparation
Before applying the coating, it is crucial to ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and other contaminants. Any cracks or defects should be repaired before application.
2. Mixing
Mix JS Cement Polymer Waterproof Coating with water in a clean container at a ratio of 2.5 parts powder to one part water. Mix until it forms a lump-free consistency.
3. Application
Apply the coating using a trowel, brush, or roller. A minimum of two coats is recommended, with each coat applied at a thickness of 1-2 mm. Allow each coat to dry for 24 hours before applying another coat.
4. Curing
After application, allow the coating to cure for at least seven days before exposing it to water. For best results, keep the coating moist during the curing period.
Recommended usage: 2.5kg/m2·mm
