PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Our self-adhesive polymer composite waterproof membrane is a waterproof material independently developed by our company. Its surface material is resistant to aging, strong acid corrosion, water, sound, and heat. The inner layer utilizes an insulating, high-temperature-resistant chemical fiber non-woven interlayer, which maximizes the resistance to heat conduction and convection, providing enhanced insulation. It also reduces direct impact of rain on the roof and the resonance of noise on the metal tiles, resulting in excellent sound insulation.
Main functions
Thermal insulation, heat preservation, waterproofing, leak prevention, and soundproofing. After installation, the indoor temperature can be reduced by 30%-40% under intense summer sunlight, and the roof's maximum surface temperature can be reduced by over 20°C. (For example, under intense summer sunlight, the surface of a color-coated steel tile or concrete roof can reach 65°C, while the surface temperature of the polymer composite self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is around 45°C, resulting in a direct temperature reduction of approximately 20°C.) The higher the temperature, the greater the temperature reduction (temperature difference).
The material is aging-resistant, heat-insulating, waterproof, leak-proof, UV-resistant, anti-oxidant, and acid-resistant. It is also flexible, lightweight, and easy to install. It is not affected by seasonal thermal expansion and contraction, which can damage the metal layer. It has a designed outdoor service life of over 20 years.
