Scratch coating method
Clean up the debris and floating mud mortar on the base surface of the waterproof coating, and repair the severely uneven concrete base surface.Remove oil stains and sundries on the waterproof surface of the cement-based concrete structure, then rinse with clean water, and apply waterproof materials on the wet base surface.If serious leakage is found on the base surface, the plugging material should be used for construction first, and then this material can be used to ensure the quality of the project.
The water-cement ratio is 0.3-0.4:1, and the dosage is 1.4-1.7kg/square meter. A thickness of 1.0mm (±0.5mm) is standard.Base treatment: The base needs to be firm and clean. Where there are obvious cracks (generally, the swidth of the finger gap is greater than 0.2mm), it needs to be repaired, and the leaking part should be plugged in advance.Oil stains, release agents, paints and other substances that hinder penetration on the base layer must be cleaned up. Sprinkle water on the mortar concrete of the construction layer base to fully wet the construction surface, but there should be no open water.
Application process
- Rolling method
Roll the material evenly on the treated base surface with a roller in an amount of 1.4-1.7kg/square meter.
- Dry sprinkle method
After the concrete is poured and compacted and rolled flat (before the concrete is not completely set), the construction is carried out. Sprinkle evenly on the concrete surface according to the prescribed amount, compact and trowel in time. After the final setting, check whether there is any bad construction and repair it in time; if it is exposed to the sun, it should be watered for maintenance. Pay attention to spray evenly, do not cut corners.
