Application Technology
Construction tools: brushes, rollers, scrapers, sprayers
1. The foundation should be solid, free from sand, dust and cracks.
2. Wet the base layer with water, apply the primer on the first layer, and the primer can be used after diluting with water (add about 30% of water and stir well).
3. Wait until the bottom layer is dry and not sticky to the hands. The cone corner can be covered with a layer of polyester non-woven fabric or glass fiber net, and the covering amount of each layer is about 0.8~1kg.
4. The general project adopts one fiber four coating process, and the surface coating can also adopt special coating (pure white or color). Reference dosage: 2~3kg/m2, thickness 1~1.5mm
Storage and Transportation
Since the date of production, the storage period is 12 months, after the storage period should be inspected, the results meet the standards can still be used.
