Description

Acrylic coating waterproofing is a water-based, one-component acrylate waterproof coating, which is prepared by using pure acrylic emulsion and polyacrylate emulsion as base materials, mixed with various additives and inorganic fillers, especially using foreign advanced dispersion technology. Increase its solid content to about 70%, reducing the construction cost.

Features

1. Highly elastic, can resist the slight vibration of the building, and can cover the cracks smaller than 8mm caused by thermal expansion and contraction, cracking, sinking and other reasons;

2. It can be directly constructed on the wet base surface, and is suitable for the corners and the seepage parts around the pipeline;

3. Strong adhesion, the active ingredients in the coating can penetrate into the capillary pores and micro-cracks in the cement base surface and produce chemical reactions, and integrate with the substrate to form a dense crystalline waterproof layer;

5. Acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, excellent aging resistance and good corrosion resistance; and can be used outdoors with good weather resistance.

Application

It is suitable for waterproof, seepage-proof and moisture-proof of toilets, basements, reservoirs and walls.

Reference dosage

When the thickness of the waterproof membrane is 1.0mm, the theoretical dosage is about 1.5 - 2.0kg/m2. The dosage refers to the total amount of powder and liquid, and the actual dosage depends on the specific base surface.

Cautions

1. The prepared slurry should be used up within 1 hour;

2. The storage temperature of liquid components is not lower than 0℃;

3. When using, do not mix water or other materials into this product;

4. Please use appropriate protective measures such as gloves during construction.

Packaging and storage

1. This product is a non-flammable and explosive material and can be transported as general cargo. Avoid exposure to sunlight and freezing during transportation. The ambient temperature cannot be lower than 0°C, otherwise insulation measures should be taken.

2. From the date of production, the storage period is 12 months, after the storage period should be inspected, the results can still be used if they meet the standards;

3. The packaging of this product is: 1kg/barrel, 5kg/barrel, 15kg/barrel, 30kg/barrel, 50kg/barrel.
