Application Technology

First of all, the temperature range of the construction needs to be controlled. Generally, the construction needs to be within the range of minus 15 degrees to 45 degrees Celsius. If the construction temperature is outside this range, corresponding measures need to be taken in advance.

1. The product is a self-adhesive material, once pasted in place to achieve the best waterproof effect.

2. The adhesive tape must be stored in a dry and cool place, away from heat, direct sunlight or rain

3. Please remove water, oil, dust and other dirt on the surface of the plate before use

Instructions

Different types and specifications of butyl tape are selected according to different waterproofing membranes, different construction methods, environmental temperature and humidity, etc.

Before application, the waterproof layer can be sealed and applied only after the quality of the previous project is qualified.

The application environment temperature needs to be 5ºC~45ºC, and corresponding measures should be taken when it exceeds the specified temperature range.

The surface of the base layer must be cleaned and kept dry and free from mud and oil.

Construction process:

1. according to the gap of color steel plate or joint, according to the engineering design requirements, choose suitable specifications waterproof tape.

2. before paste, the impurities such as water, oil and dirt on the surface of the color steel plate must be completely removed, so as to keep the surface clean.

3. from the end of the color plate, open the double side tape along the joint into a straight line to stick the tape to the lap of the lower laminate, and then use the hand to press the tape from light to heavy, so that it is firmly bonded to the color plate.

4. tear off the upper isolation paper of the adhesive tape, press the upper layer of color plate steel into the joint, press well and then squeeze the seam in order, so that the joints are firmly bonded and tightly sealed.

Storage and Transportation

Store in dry and ventilated environment to avoid rain and sunshine.
