Features

The WhiteTPO Rubber Roofing use advanced polymerization technology to combine ethylene propylene rubber and polypropylene, which has both the excellent weather resistance of ethylene propylene rubber and the weldability of polypropylene. Secondly, our special formulation technology does not need to add any plasticizer which tends to make the material brittle, and will not cause the general heat weldable coil to become brittle due to the migration of plasticizer, and can maintain the waterproof function for a long time. Finally, we have excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, and can maintain mechanical strength at higher temperatures.

Application

Mainly used in industrial and civil buildings, public buildings and other roof waterproofing projects.

H reinforced membrane is suitable for roof waterproofing system with mechanically fixed or empty roof;

The L-backed membrane is suitable for the base-level full-bonded or empty-paved roof waterproofing system;

P homogeneous waterproofing membrane is mainly used as flashing material.

Construction Notes

1. Operators must be trained.

2. The surface of the material at the welding place must be wiped clean, and there should be no water, oil and dirt.

3. Strictly focus on checking the welding quality, and there must be no leakage or jump welding.

4. Pay attention to protection during construction. Personnel wearing spiked shoes are strictly prohibited from entering the construction site where TPO coils have been laid.
