Feature
Self-adhering, torch-on asphalt membranes are a type of roll roofing material made from asphalt and reinforced with a polyester or fiberglass mat. They come in rolls that are typically 3 feet wide and range in length from 33 to 66 feet. The membrane is applied in a staggered pattern, so there are no seams left exposed. The bottom side of the membrane is covered with a release film that is removed during installation, allowing the membrane to be adhered directly to the concrete surface.
