Features
The upper and lower surfaces of the SBS Modified Bitumen Waterproof Membrane are rough. The non-woven fiber has a random cross structure, which will form a three-dimensional grid. These make the product have outstanding performance in tensile strength, impermeability, low temperature flexibility, expansion coefficient and temperature rise effect. It has strong deformation adaptability and large friction coefficient, so it can be used with a variety of adhesives, and the bonding effect is very good.
Construction points
(1) The base layer is a cement mortar leveling layer, which must be solid and level, and there should be no looseness, bulging, protruding or severely rough surface.
(2) The base layer should be relatively dry, and the moisture content should be less than 9% before construction.
(3) Clean the base layer. Before construction, the cement mortar residue, dust and sundries should be carefully removed and cleaned.
(4) Treatment of complex parts: The inner corner should be plastered with cement mortar into a figure-eight shape. For the weak parts such as the root of the pipe and the drain that are easy to leak, a layer of coil material should be added, and the construction should be careful and conscientious.

Storage & Transportation
Different types and sizes of materials shall be stored separately, keep in sequence and avoid mess; Store materials in dry and ventilated condition, protect from sunshine, rain or other extreme environment; Storage temperature shall be less than 45ºC, the max height of stack is 5 layers. Prevent squeezing against membranes during transit, provide cover on top if necessary.
