Product Description

HDPE impermeable membrane (without sand) consists of multi-layer composite waterproofing materials for superior waterproofing performance. The materials include HDPE sheet, pressure sensitive adhesive layer and release liner.

Product Features

1. When the concrete is poured, the cement slurry and the special high molecular polymer of the adhesive layer are bonded by moisture curing reaction. In case of the damage, the water will also be limited to a small range, which completely improves the reliability of the waterproof layer.

2. Single-layer use can meet the first-level waterproof fortification requirements of underground waterproofing projects. No protective layer is required, and the comprehensive cost can be reduced by 50%.

3. It has the features of strong chemical corrosion resistance, excellent impact resistance and puncture resistance. It can withstand the construction load directly acting on it and the impact of the steel skeleton. There is no need for cement mortar protection layer.

Application Technology

There is no need of any primer before application. Just lay the membrane on the concrete cushion, tie steel bar and then to pour the concrete on the top. All applications will be finished. The structure is showed as below.
