HDPE Sheet for Waterproofing

HDPE sheet for waterproofing membrane is composed of multi-layer composite materials, which has excellent waterproof performance. Its structure specifically includes HDPE sheet, pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and release film. Regardless of the base material type, the material exhibits excellent chemical resistance to protect the structure from acidic or alkaline attack. Due to the self-protection feature, it can be transported or reinforced immediately after installation. The material is suitable for waterproofing of various underground spaces, such as basements, tunnels, cave structures, etc.

Application

1. Waterproofing of basements, tunnels, underground and underground concrete structures.

Construction conditions

1. Underground waterproofing works shall not be constructed in rainy days, snowy days and strong winds above level five.

2. The construction ambient temperature of waterproof materials should not be lower than 5°C.

Technical Data

Construction process

1. Plane construction: clean the base layer → stretch the base layer → lay the pre-laid anti-adhesive film → lap joint treatment → node treatment → peel off the membrane isolation film → bind the steel bars → pour concrete;

2. Vertical construction: install vertical support (gasket) → elastic line → lay pre-laid anti-adhesive film → mechanically fix waterproof membrane (welding or nailing) → lap joint treatment → seam treatment → peel off membrane isolation film → small nails brush the special sealant on the head → bind the steel bars → pour concrete;

3. Tunnel vault construction: Tunnel vault → foundation elastic line → installation and support → laying pre-laid anti-adhesive film → mechanical fixing film → lap joint treatment → detailed node treatment → binding steel bars → pouring concrete.

Storage and Transportation

1. Moving, transporting, storing and using materials should avoid objects and environments that easily cause perforation or physical damage.

2. Store indoor or on covered pallet, but do not stack the pallets.

3. The finished products should be sealed and packed. Using clean waterproof cloth to protect, and put it in a high place, such as pallet or wood.

4. The supporting adhesive should be placed in the above 5℃ environment.

5. All flammable materials should be stored in a cool and dry place, far from spark and open fire.
