PVC sheet waterproofing membrane is a polymer waterproof membrane, made of polyvinyl chloride resin as the base material, mixed with plasticizers, antioxidants, ultraviolet absorbers and other special additives, and processed with advanced equipment and advanced technology.

Application

1. Base layer treatment: the base layer should be solid and smooth without flakyand peeling phenomenon. The roof moisture content is less than 9%.

2. Construction of cold-bonding method for paving and pasting the waterproof membrane: remove the membrane in a good position, leaving a seam of 10cm in the longitudinal direction and 20cm in the transverse direction of the overlapping edge. The bonding is tight and firm. The ends of the membrane material should be trimmed and pressed into the grooves, and fixed with metal bead nails. The concave parts should be sealed with sealing paste.

3. During construction by hot-melt method, straighten the waterproof membrane, ignite the blowtorch or spray gun, and use the blowtorch or spray gun to heat the membrane and the base layer. The base layer should be 0.5m away from the membrane, and the heating should be uniform. It can be rolled forward evenly, compacted and flattened. Before the membrane is cooled, use a trowel to seal the edges.
