The App Sheet for Waterproofing can be applied in two ways:
1. Hot Melt Method: Equilibrately heat the base and the bottom of the APP waterproofing membrane using a flame gun or lamp. When the bitumen on the surface begins to melt and turn shiny and black, lay the membrane down and use a roller to press it firmly. During work, adjust the flame size and pace to keep the asphalt between 200 and 250 degrees Celsius. Once the building is finished, seal the overlap with cold adhesive tape. 2. Cold Adhesive Method: Using a rubber scraper, apply the modified polymer-modified asphalt to the base layer's surface, being sure to equally manage the thickness. Press the membrane tightly and release any air as you lay it. The overlap and end of the membrane should be treated using the hot melt method when the outside temperature is below 15°C.
