1. Basic treatment

(1) Before the waterproof layer is laid, all other works must be completed, and then the base layer should be cleaned. (2) The base layer must be flat, firm, free of looseness, sand, bulging, bumps and cracks. If the above phenomenon occurs, it must be repaired with cement mortar with 107 glue. (3) The base layer should be relatively dry, with a moisture content of not less than 8%. . (4) Parapet walls, yin and yang corners, wall-passing pipes, expansion joints and drainage slopes shall meet the design requirements.


2, sbs waterproof membrane paving;

(1) Cold bonding construction method

a. First evenly apply a layer of petroleum series base treatment agent (cold base oil) on the base layer.

b. After the base treatment agent is dry, the adhesive (neoprene adhesive or SBS adhesive) can be applied, and it should be applied evenly at one time.

c. After the modified coil is placed in the predetermined position, start paving, leaving a 10cm lap seam in both vertical and horizontal directions, stick it flat with adhesive, and compact it with a pressing roller after drying for a few minutes.

d. If the project requires double-layer waterproofing, the longitudinal seam of the second layer must be staggered by at least one third of the first layer, and the horizontal seam must be staggered by more than 1 meter.


3. Hot-melt construction method of sbs waterproofing membrane;

a. Brush base treatment agent (same as cold construction method)

b. Put the coil material in the predetermined position, heat the base layer and the bottom surface of the coil material with a liquefied gas or gas-oil torch, and after the surface asphalt melts a thin layer, roll the coil material forward while baking, and compact it with a pressure roller. Adjust the size of the flame to melt the asphalt on the surface of the coil, so that it can't flow too much, and it can't be baked through.

c. The overlap of the coils is 10cm in both longitudinal and transverse directions, and is baked and sealed with a blowtorch.

d. Double-layer waterproof, the joints of the coils must be staggered according to the regulations.

e. When the thickness of the coil is less than 3mm or the cladding material is aluminum film, the hot-melt construction method should not be used.
