Outer wall
First, wall inspection and treatment
1. External wall masonry requirements: Avoid wall reseam and light transmission, mortar joints should be uniform, wall and beam joints should be cleaned up, brick masonry should be wet, masonry walls should not reach the top at one time, should be completed in two to three times, to prevent mortar shrinkage and make the wall fully composed, and pay attention to wall flatness detection, to prevent the next process of ash batch too thick or too thin.
2. Wall hole inspection and treatment: the wall holes should be checked before the ash batch, and all kinds of holes such as the wall body should be blocked. 3 Cement mortar leveling, in case of too thick, should be stratified leveling, or hanging steel mesh, bonded cloth and other ash, the scaffold, tower crane, construction elevator hitch rod in the outer wall of the hole should be clean and moist, with plain cement mud to sweep the pulp, and then dry hard concrete divided into 2 times each half sealing, first inside and outside, fully tamped, the drop pipe clamp drilling hole downward tilt 3°-5°, Nail sleeve expansion hose brush epoxy resin embedded, do not use wood wedge. The screw hole on the concrete shear wall should be cut into a horn all around, filled with expanded cement mortar, and then sealed with polymer waterproof slurry to seal tightly.
3. Repair of concrete exterior wall There is a small amount of swelling mold, honeycomb surface phenomenon, according to the actual situation to take the following methods to repair the concrete surface: ① swelling mold repair, first do not conform to the design and code requirements of the protrating concrete part chisel, and clean up, followed by wire brush or pressure
Wash the base with water, then level with 1:2 or 1:2.5 cement mortar, and finally spray water for 14 days. (2) Honeycomb repair (all found honeycomb surface area is small without deep hole phenomenon), first of all to the concrete surface of the loose stones, concrete chips chisel away, and clean up. Secondly, before repair, the dust on the concrete surface to be repaired should be watered first to keep the repair base moist, and then levelled with 1:2 or 1:2.5 water mortar, and finally sprayed for maintenance for 14 days.

 

Second, ensure the construction quality of the screed layer
1. Work before leveling layer plastering:
Attention should be paid to the wetting of the surface of the masonry before the ash, the spraying water is sufficient, and the external wall at the intersection of the masonry part and the concrete part should be covered and fixed with 200㎜ wide 16# steel wire mesh before plastering to resist the cracking caused by the different expansion coefficient of different materials. The floating pulp of the concrete wall, the residual formwork wood chips, the exposed steel bars and iron wires must be cleaned up to facilitate the plastering mortar to bond firmly with the base.
2. Attention should be paid to the leveling layer when plastering: (1) Mortar should be strictly proportioned, strictly measured, controlled water-cement ratio, and water mixing is strictly prohibited during construction; (2) The plastering mortar should be layered plastering, especially high-rise buildings, local external walls plastering thicker, which requires layering, each layer of plastering thickness should not exceed 2㎝, such as thickness is too large, in the layering should be set up steel wire mesh; (3) Batch mortar can be polymer waterproof mortar; (4) External wall plastering scaffold pull reinforcement, etc., should be cut, flared smooth, fixed paste, iron trowel can be cut into reverse rubbing, and then brush a plain cement slurry.


Third, ensure the construction quality of external wall tiles
1. The screed layer should be checked for empty drums, shell, cracks and irsmoothness before veneer tile. If so, it should be repaired immediately, and then brush the screed layer with pure cement slurry (mixed with 10%107 glue) and carry out hair drawing treatment.
2. The face brick should meet the product quality requirements, the color of the face brick should be uniform before the veneer, whether the flat warped corner is selected, the face brick should be immersed in the pool 1 to 2 hours in advance, when drying the surface float.
3. The surface brick can be affixed with 1:1 cement mortar. First scrape a layer of 7-㎜ thick 107 adhesive thin paste on the back of the surface brick to make up for the unevenness and enhance the bonding force. When the surface brick is affixed, it should be pressed and squeezed in place to make the narrow seam full and the residual pulp removed in time.
4. After the surface brick is pasted in time, the joint should be pointed with 1:1 polymer waterproof mortar to weaken the brittleness of cement mortar, the general seam width is about 8㎜, the joint order must be horizontal and vertical joints at the same time, to prevent the occurrence of multiple joints, the form of the joint is concave, slightly lower than the surface brick 2 to 3 mm. After the joint is finished, check that there is no missing hook or other defects, wipe the surface of the tile with cotton silk. Finally, water maintenance is carried out for several days.
5. In order to prevent wall leakage caused by cracking of the surface brick and bonding layer, 2 horizontal partition joints can be left on the side beam of each floor floor to separate the bonding layer of the surface brick. The partition joint should be cleaned and filled with weather-resistant glue before removing the external scaffolding, and the glue surface should be flat with the tile surface. The shade corner is also sealed with weather-resistant glue.

 

Basement
introduction
The inner and outer walls of the basement connected together must be poured together, and the outer walls are self-waterproof concrete, all of which adopt the secondary vibration process. Basement waterproof construction treatment
① The horizontal construction joint of the wall and the form of water sealing strip to prevent water seepage.
② Joint treatment of new and old concrete. 24 hours before concrete pouring, the construction joint is washed with high pressure water, and the concrete joint surface is wet many times, so that the new and old concrete has a good joint.
Waterproof construction of pipeline through the wall
The wall pipe should be embedded in the casing before pouring concrete, the distance between the wall pipe and the inner corner should be greater than 250㎜, and the distance between the pipe and the pipe should be greater than 300㎜. When there are more pipelines through the wall, the sealing steel plate of the wall box can be welded tightly with the embedded Angle steel on the wall, and the modified asphalt flexible sealing material or fine stone concrete can be injected from the reserved pouring hole on the steel plate.

Basement waterproofing construction technology
