Wall inspection and treatment
1. Requirements for exterior wall masonry: Avoid heavy joints and light transmission in the wall during masonry. The mortar joints should be even. The interface between the wall and the beams and columns should be cleaned of garbage slurry and brick masonry. It should be moist. The wall should not be built to the top at one time. It should be built in two to three times to prevent the mortar from shrinking and make the wall fully solid. Pay attention to the flatness of the wall to prevent the next process from being too thick or too dusty.
2. Inspection and treatment of wall holes: Before criticizing dust, you should check the holes in the wall and seal various holes in the wall. Use 1:3 cement mortar to level uneven areas. If it is too thick, level it in layers. Or hang steel mesh, bonding cloth, etc. to criticize the dust. In addition, the holes left by scaffolding, tower cranes, construction elevator tie rods, etc. in the outer wall should be clean and moistened, fully swept with plain cement slurry, and then divided into 2 parts with dry hard concrete. Seal half and half at a time, first inside and then outside, and fully tamp and compact. The hole for the downspout clip is tilted downward at 3°-5°. The clamp sleeve is embedded with expansion hose and brushed with epoxy resin. It is strictly prohibited to use wooden wedges. The screw hole in the concrete shear wall should be chiseled into a bell mouth, filled with expanded cement mortar, and then sealed with polymer waterproof slurry to ensure a tight seal.
3. Concrete exterior wall repair: A small amount of mold expansion and honeycomb pitting appear in some parts of the concrete exterior wall. According to the actual situation, the following methods are used to repair the concrete surface: ① Expansion mold repair, first chisel out the protruding concrete parts that do not meet the design and specification requirements Remove and clean, then use wire brush or pressure.
Wash the base layer with water, then level it with 1:2 or 1:2.5 cement mortar, and finally sprinkle it with water for fourteen days. ②Honeycomb repair (all honeycomb pitted surfaces found are small in area and have no deep holes). First, loose stones and concrete chips on the concrete surface are chiseled away and cleaned. Secondly, before repairing, water should be used to wash away the dust on the concrete surface to be repaired, and the base surface should be kept moist. Then use 1:2 or 1:2.5 water mortar to level it, and finally sprinkle water to maintain it for fourteen days.
