Eight steps of construction of PVC waterproof membrane:
1. Remove debris and debris from the surface of the base layer.
2. Lay a layer of polyethylene film, and the polyethylene film is lapped with self-adhesive tape.
3. Lay extruded foam insulation board, and use special fasteners to fix the insulation board.
4. Pre-laid PVC waterproofing membrane: Arrange the PVC waterproofing membrane on the thermal insulation layer according to the elastic wire control position, the laying direction of the membrane is perpendicular to the corrugation direction of the profiled steel plate, and arrange the naturally loose membrane on the thermal insulation layer according to the outline . The coiled material should be kept flat and straight, not twisted, with a lap width of 120mm and appropriate cutting.
5. Fixing of PVC waterproofing membrane: Fasteners and gaskets fix the membrane at a distance of 30mm from the edge of the membrane as indicated by the marked line.
6. Coiled material lap: One pair of coiled material is lapped on another coiled material, so that the fasteners and gaskets are covered under the waterproof layer. Use a welding machine to weld each lap edge. If a double weld is used, it needs to be checked for inflation.
7. Node processing: Cut the coil sheet suitable for the corresponding node, and use a hand-held welding torch to weld the sheet to the large-surface coil.
8. The end of the PVC waterproof membrane: the end of the end is fixed with a bead and sealed with a sealant.
