The Latest Waterproofing Technology
Feb 07, 2024
The latest waterproofing technologies include but are not limited to the following:
Steel fiber reinforced micro concrete technology: This kind of micro concrete has good ductility and crack resistance, the addition of steel fiber enhances the tensile strength and durability of concrete, which is suitable for waterproof and leak repair engineering.
Spray polyurethane elastic waterproof coating technology: This coating has good waterproof performance, good elasticity and aging resistance, long service life. Its construction technology is simple, easy to use, can greatly shorten the construction period.
New asphalt waterproof coil technology: This is a high-strength waterproof material, with high tensile strength and water resistance, convenient construction, tight structure. It prevents water from penetrating from the inside of the coil and prevents external moisture from entering the inside of the building.
Polyurethane foam waterproof technology: This technology uses professional foaming equipment to spray polyurethane to the parts to be repaired, which can quickly fill the holes, improve the wall structure, and have a long repair life.
Nano waterproof technology: This technology improves the waterproof effect by reducing the size of the waterproof material molecules to the nanometer level.
Nanocoating technology: This technology can form a nanoscale coating on the surface of the device, effectively preventing water molecules from entering the inside of the device, providing a better waterproof effect.
Ultrasonic welding technology: This technology uses high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to bond the material molecules, achieving an efficient waterproof effect, but at a higher cost.
Coating waterproof technology: by covering the surface of the product with special coating or coating film to protect the product from external influences, the cost is low, easy to achieve, a wide range of application, but it may have a certain pollution to the environment and the human body, and the service life is relatively short.
Rubber seal technology: This technology achieves water resistance through the elasticity and flexibility of rubber, and is suitable for a variety of applications, but requires manual installation and may require replacement of the entire seal in case of damage.
GORE-TEX technology: This technology combines a thin film composed of polymer materials and adhesives with liquid silicone injection molding technology (LSR/LIM) for acoustics.
